Microbiology Lab Assistant I am currently working recruiting for a leading wet wipe manufacturer based in Flintshire, who have had an increase in workload due to continuous growth and looking for a Microbiology assistant to join the team on a 6-week contract, this is a good opportunity for a local graduate and laboratory technician to start immediately. **With this being a 6-week contract, the client I am working with are wanting to fill the position ASAP, so candidates relocating will not be suitable** Key responsibilities for the Microbiology Lab Assistant Prepare, sterilise, and maintain laboratory equipment and media Support change control, CAPA, deviation, audit, training, and document control modules within the eQMS. Assist in collecting and processing samples Analyse system data and user feedback to identify opportunities for process optimisation. Maintain accurate records and lab logs. Dispose of biohazard materials following safety protocols. Support quality control and ensure compliance with laboratory standards. Assist with basic data entry and report preparation.
