Role: Health and Safety Manager
Pay: £30,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in compliance with current legislation across all sites
- Deliver and improve HSE standards, procedures and policies required by ISO
- Maintaining accurate and reliable health & safety records
- Carry out regular inspections and risk assessments
- Assist with training programmes for employees
- Generate monthly reports to show performance for each site
- Ensure environmental legislative requirements are met
- Take ownership of Risk Management Approach to each process flow and all activities in all departments
Requirements:
- Experience working in a HSE role in a manufacturing environment is essential
- Strong knowledge of ISO
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
