I am currently recruiting for an experienced engineering leader with a mechanical basis background for a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, working in Clean Rooms Grade A-D. The focus will be on reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager:
- Lead and develop a multi-skilled engineering team of 4 across maintenance, facilities, and projects.
- Ensure all equipment and systems operate reliably, safely, and in compliance with Pharmaceutical GMP.
- Plan and deliver preventative and corrective maintenance strategies for the manufacturing facility.
- Manage site utilities such as HVAC, cleanrooms, compressed gases, and water systems.
- Lead continuous improvement to enhance uptime, efficiency, and product quality.
- Oversee engineering projects, upgrades, and capital investments.
Requirements for the Engineering Manager:
- ~5 years' experience working to pharmaceutical cGMP standards.
- ~Educated to a degree level within Engineering.
- ~Leadership within a pharmaceutical organisation.
