Your duties as an Engineering Projects Manager include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage the full project life cycle for specialist projects and installations, facilitating technical decisions and identifying all factors involved.
- Support the Projects, Engineering and Maintenance Manager to ensure tender specifications are within budget.
- Develop and carry out PPM schedules while ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Provide consistent and regular updates and reports to the Projects, Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
- Fully assess engineering risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering qualification/professional status.
- Experience in project engineering/management in a multi-national manufacturing organisation.
- Product and industry knowledge of plant equipment, automated systems.
- Working knowledge of commissioning processes, and managing and mitigating risks utilising specific techniques for engineering projects.
