Are you an experienced Chemist looking for a new opportunity?
This is a great opportunity to join a market leading company as a Technical Service Chemist. This role will be acting as the key technical link between the company, commercial team and clients. You will be ensuring the right products are the optimal options for the customer.
Responsibilities
- Be an expert in the product range knowing and understanding the composition, performance, capabilities and limitations of each product.
- Use this knowledge to support the Commercial team in selecting the right product for clients.
- Explain and demonstrate products internally and with clients during meeting, visits, trials and deployments.
- Perform laboratory tests both on-site and on location.
- Report results and recommendations, both verbally and in written reports to the Commercial team and customers directly.
- Train colleagues and customers in how to use our products and provide reassurance on how to correct any issues that may occur.
- Provide after sales support for products deployed with customers, either directly or with the Commercial team.
