A leading regulatory consultancy operating in the plant protection products and biocides sector is seeking an experienced Regulatory Ecotoxicologist to join its established and multidisciplinary regulatory affairs team. This is a full time, permanent, remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and author the ecotoxicology sections of regulatory dossiers for plant protection products and biocides.
- Review ecotoxicology studies and interpret data in line with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare position papers, weight-of-evidence assessments and regulatory justifications.
- Develop testing strategies, laboratory testing programmes and ecotoxicological reference values.
- Provide regulatory and technical advice to clients and internal regulatory colleagues.
Required Experience
- BSc degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline or extensive proven technical experience within a related regulatory framework.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant regulatory role preparing ecotoxicology sections of submission dossiers.
- At least 10 years' experience as a laboratory study director for relevant ecotoxicology studies.
- Proven experience delivering small to medium-scale projects on time and within budget.
