Your duties as a Control Systems Engineer include but are not limited to the following:

  • Design, specification and installation of control and safety systems.
  • Review and approval of change management proposals and any subsequent modification of control systems.
  • Identify and repair any control system failures.
  • Assist with the development and training of department resources.

Requirements:

  • HNC in Controls/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Proficient in Allen Bradley control systems and AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of the design of functional safety, SIL, LOPA and Safety Instrumented Systems.
  • Understanding of chemical manufacturing and ATEX preferred.
  • Previous instrumentation engineering experience would be highly advantageous.
