Are you looking to work in Health and Safety? Do you have experience working in a chemical or manufacturing environment? The company are a chemical manufacturing site, with products that span across various sectors. Having being established for over 150 years; due to internal promotion they are now looking for a HSE Officer to join their team. The responsibilities are: Assisting various teams across Production and Engineering to develop risk assessments and safe systems of work. Carry out ongoing upkeep of the sites environmental management systems Ensuring all auditing programmes are established, up to date and implemented Maintain and improve HSE procedures Investigate accidents and/or near misses and issue relevant reports, whilst ensuring the incident log is up to date. Support delivery of any relevant training Ensure compliance with SDS and COMAHWho they are looking for: Experience working in a COMAH environment Knowledge of current HSE legislation and regulations NEBOSH certificateIf this is something of interest to you, then do not hesitate to apply with an up to date copy of your CV (2 sides, word format)
