What does the role consist of?

  • Product testing and calculating adjustments to ensure products are within their tolerances
  • Accurately weighing, mixing, blending and labelling products
  • Handling a range of reactive chemicals such as acids, alkalis and oxidisers
  • Being responsible for your own health and safety as well as colleagues whilst in the laboratory
  • Working closely with production and QC to rectify any quality issues
  • Ensuring laboratory equipment is fit for accuracy and performance
