Do you have experience working within a production environment? Are you looking for a long-term role with clear paths for progression? Then this pharma company looking to add a Reliability Engineer to the team is looking for you!

Your duties as a Reliability Engineer include but are not limited to the following:

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify production bottlenecks.
Identify production trends, reliability metrics and practical insights based on performance data.
Manage reliability improvement projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated maintenance and downtime reduction experience. xiskglj
Demonstrable knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing and project management.
