We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to drive growth and deliver outstanding results with our established clients, focused within roles ranging from laboratory/ analytical to validation, production and operations.

The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships within the UK and Irish Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and CDMO industry. You will leverage your expertise to source high-calibre candidates, manage the recruitment process end-to-end, and contribute to the continued success of our business in this competitive market.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with exposure to the UK pharmaceutical market – however those without who are looking for an exciting new challenge will be considered equally.
- Previous experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing recruitment would preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to recruitment.
