We are seeking a diligent and organized Compliance Officer to ensure our manufacturing processes meet all relevant regulatory and quality standards. This role plays a key part in supporting external audits, ensuring product traceability throughout the supply chain, and maintaining accurate records for regulatory compliance across all stages of production—from raw material intake to finished goods dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update compliance documentation and records in alignment with industry requirements/regulations (e.g., BRCGS, Customer Technical audits).
  • Prepare for and support external audits (regulatory, customer, and certification bodies), including collating and presenting relevant data and records.

  • Understanding of product traceability principles and manufacturing documentation systems.
  • Proficient with document management software, Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
