One of my leading chemical manufacturing clients are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of all HSE activity across a COMAH regulated site. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving compliance, managing audits and investigations and supporting safe operations within a chemical manufacturing environment.

A critical part of this role is human factors identifying how people interact with systems, reducing human error, and embedding a strong behavioural safety culture across the site.
