Our client is looking for a unique, innovative individual who has the passion, talent and experience to create new and expanding existing revenue streams through NPD activity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be responsible for leading innovation, design and development of new products.
- Helping to evaluate market insights, customer needs and technological advantages to ensure our client maintains their competitive edge and continues to grow.
What You’ll Bring
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Chemistry, Materials Science or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a senior/executive level R&D position within the construction materials industry.
- Previous examples of how you’ve generated revenue streams through your new product development efforts.
- Clear experience overseeing teams of people within a technical setting.
