What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for leading innovation, design and development of new products as well as helping to evaluate market insights, customer needs and technological advantages to make sure our client maintains their competitive edge and will continue to grow.
- What You’ll Bring
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Chemistry, Materials Science or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a senior/executive level R&D position within the construction materials industry.
- Previous examples of how you’ve generated revenue streams through your new product development efforts.
- Clear experience overseeing teams of people within a technical setting.
