We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialists to join our client’s expanding sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a career in sales and outbound calling, playing a key role in generating new business and supporting well-known brands.

About the Role:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact between clients and potential customers. Your responsibilities include engaging prospects through outbound calls, generating interest in services, and booking qualified video appointments for the sales team to close.

Responsibilities:

  • Make proactive outbound B2B calls to generate interest and set appointments
  • Confidently and professionally introduce products and services
  • Manage call activity and customer information using our in-house CRM
  • Work across multiple client projects, primarily event-related
  • Achieve weekly lead and appointment targets with enthusiasm and resilience

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, outbound B2B calls, or outbound customer service with a desire to move into sales
  • Confident communicator capable of engaging decision-makers and building rapport quickly
  • Results-driven and target-oriented
  • Organized and reliable in updating CRM data and tracking performance
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player
