Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking regular stock takes of stationary, catering supplies, hygiene products etc.
- Keeping the coffee machines clean and provisioned and acting as the first point of contact for any faults or engineer visits.
- Maintaining office printers ensuring they are stocked with paper and ink.
- Monitoring the departments inbox and respond to or deal with enquiries.
- Assisting with office moves, and workstation set ups.
- Ensuring the building is kept clean and tidy.
- Working closely with receptionists and covering when needed.
- Ensuring client areas and meeting rooms are properly provisioned.
- Reserve parking spaces.
- Running weekly fire alarm tests.
- Assisting in setting the annual IT budget.
- Line management of the in-house IT team.
