Overview: As a Customer Services Advisor, you'll handle all first points of contact across face-to-face, telephony, and digital channels. You'll work to resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally, reducing unnecessary follow-ups and helping people access services with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective front-line services
- Respond to enquiries across service areas including Benefits, Parking, Revenues, and Waste
- Use digital tools (CRM, case management, intranet, web) to support and resolve issues
- Encourage and assist with online self-service options
- Process payments
- Log interactions accurately and ensure proper follow-up or escalation
- Provide visitor support at reception
- Liaise with back-office teams on complex cases
- Support vulnerable residents and uphold safeguarding practices
- Help improve processes and reduce complaint rates through proactive service
Key Skills & Experience:
