About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Area Sales Manager to take ownership of increasing occupancy across multiple centres. This role blends sales, relationship-building, and on-site engagement, working closely with both customers and internal teams. The successful applicant will be primarily based in Huntingdon, with flexibility to travel to other locations. A Full Driving Licence is essential.
Duties of the Role
- Driving sales & occupancy across multiple sites
- Conducting centre tours and showcasing facilities to prospective clients & visitors
- Managing and converting incoming enquiries, while pro-actively generating your own leads
- Building strong relationships through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Working closely with front-of-house and operational teams
- Promoting the benefits of flexible working solutions
- Ensuring centres are presented to a high standard at all times
