Location: Huntingdon (with travel to St Neots and other business sites)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + OTE £50,000

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and proactive Area Sales Manager to take ownership of increasing occupancy across multiple centres. This role blends sales, relationship-building, and on-site engagement, working closely with both customers and internal teams. The successful applicant will be primarily based in Huntingdon, with flexibility to travel to other locations. A Full Driving Licence is essential.

Duties of the Role

  • Driving sales & occupancy across multiple sites
  • Conducting centre tours and showcasing facilities to prospective clients & visitors
  • Managing and converting incoming enquiries, while pro-actively generating your own leads
  • Building strong relationships through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Working closely with front-of-house and operational teams
  • Promoting the benefits of flexible working solutions
  • Ensuring centres are presented to a high standard at all times
