A temporary Appointment Booker / Administrator position based in Hatfield, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Initially for 2 weeks, with potential for extension. Hourly rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour.
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a confident and organised Appointment Booker / Administrator to join a busy team. This is a fast-paced, temporary position ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is highly computer literate, and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to tenants to arrange essential works
- Booking appointments efficiently and accurately
- Updating internal CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Providing reassurance and building trust with tenants
