About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Administrator / PA to join a busy and supportive team based in Bishop's Stortford. This is a temporary position for 4 to 6 weeks, offering a hybrid working pattern with four days in the office and one day working from home. You will play a key role in supporting Regional Managers with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Regional Managers with administrative tasks
  • Booking and coordinating account management meetings with existing clients
  • Preparing and organising documentation
  • Ensuring reporting and the data on those clients meetings are up to date
  • Generating reports using spreadsheets and data
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Assisting with general office administration as required

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to use their initiative
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
  • PC literate (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
