SMT is recruiting on behalf of a growing global technology business for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions to some of the world’s most recognised hospitality and retail brands. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining exceptional inventory accuracy and service standards.
Working closely with Operations, Logistics partners and internal stakeholders, you will be the driving force behind warehouse performance, process improvements and team success.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of warehouse operations, managing inventory, leading a team and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily warehouse operations including goods in, storage and dispatch
- Leading and motivating warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets
- Managing inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
