Our client is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist and Administrator to join their busy professional office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous reception or administration experience who enjoys delivering excellent customer service while supporting a variety of business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a professional front of house service by welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning and document filing
- Booking couriers, arranging refreshments and preparing meeting rooms
- Maintaining client records and handling confidential documentation
- Providing administrative support across different departments, including diary management, meeting coordination and document preparation
- Assisting with internal projects, training administration and company events
- Supporting general administrative duties as required
Skills and Experience
- Previous reception or administration experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
