A new career opportunity has arisen for a Full Time, Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s Biggleswade office and be part of their on-line operations team, to help assist in the day to day running of their customer services department.
Working within the electrical wholesales industry, the business is looking to further grow its team of up to 20 employees. This role will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis.
Working Hours & Salary
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm. Salary: £12.95 per hour with progression.

Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers and internal branches.
- Processing customer‑placed orders from the website.
- Processing internal branch‑placed orders.
- Communicating with customers via online chat and e‑mail.
- Tracking orders and liaising with courier networks, including handling returns.
- Problem‑solving as needed.
- Assisting customers when using the business website and placing orders.
- General office and customer service duties and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience in an office‑based customer services environment is essential.
- Customer telephone and e‑mail experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to use own initiative.
- Enjoy working with people and be able to contribute to a busy team.
