SMT Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Dutch-Speaking Parts Sales Advisor to join a successful and growing business based in Brentwood, Essex. The company specialises in selling car parts to customers across a range of markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional, particularly someone with a background in the automotive or motor industry, who is looking to develop their career within a busy, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face.
- Make outbound calls and generate new business through proactive sales activity.
- Process orders, reservations, estimates, invoices and payments.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
- Assist with stock and parts availability checks.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure a smooth service.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote relevant products.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and commercial targets.
