Part Time | Evening & Weekend Shifts | Ideal Alongside Your Studies

Salary: £12.75 per hour weekdays | £15.00 per hour weekends

We are recruiting for a friendly, confident and organised Customer Service Administrator to join a growing business based in Cuffley, near Potters Bar. Once you have completed your initial training, you will work approximately 17 hours per week across weekday evenings and weekends, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who needs their working hours to fit around university, college or other commitments. You will also benefit from an enhanced £15.00 per hour weekend rate and the opportunity to work from home following successful completion of your training.

Important Training Requirement

To make sure you have all the knowledge and support you need to succeed in the role, you must be available to complete an initial 4 to 6 week full time training programme, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.00pm. Following training, your hours will reduce to approximately 17 hours per week, covering a mixture of weekday evenings and daytime or evening weekend shifts.

What will you be doing?

Working as part of a supportive and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and compassionate service to customers and end users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Speaking with customers, suppliers and end users over the telephone
  • Listening carefully to callers and understanding the support they require
  • Analysing information and identifying the appropriate solution for each case
  • Handling calls professionally, appropriately and with compassion
  • Working within agreed timescales to resolve enquiries
  • Keeping the company database accurate and up to date
  • Providing a consistently high standard of customer service across all communications
  • Working closely with your colleagues to ensure customers receive the right support
