Location: Hertfordshire

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Additional Requirement: Occasional travel to London.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a creative marketing agency and manage a range of client accounts and projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide advice and deliver marketing activations across multiple retailers and brands. You will manage projects from brief through to delivery, working alongside creative, production and account teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day client requirements and projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop clear briefs for creative teams
  • Manage project budgets, suppliers and production
  • Coordinate studio workflow and project delivery
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure high quality, on brand work
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to business development
  • Attend client meetings and provide project updates and proposals
  • Monitor KPIs and support the ongoing development of client accounts

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Confident and personable with strong client facing skills
  • Highly organised with excellent project management abilities
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of business development
  • Creative minded and able to contribute ideas and solutions
  • A strong communicator, both internally and externally
  • Comfortable working with creative and production teams
  • Digitally savvy with an understanding of modern marketing

Experience

  • Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering projects
  • Experience within an agency or retail environment would be advantageous
  • FMCG or shopper marketing experience would be beneficial
  • Experience across creative, marketing or related disciplines is desirable
