This apprenticeship is open to applicants aged 18+ and offers the chance to gain real workplace experience while working towards a <\/span>Customer Service qualification<\/b>, with <\/span>full on the job training provided<\/b>.

Weβre looking for friendly, confident people to patrol local streets, keep parking safe and fair, support the public, and help keep our neighbourhoods running smoothly. You may know us best as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants.

42.5 hours per week - these could be anywhere between Monday β Saturday with the occasional Sunday therefore flexibility is required for working patterns.

What you'll be doing<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
You will patrol public streets and car parks, helping keep communities safe and accessible by:
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Advising the public on parking rules and safe parking
<\/li> - Issuing Penalty Charge Notices to incorrectly parked vehicles
<\/li> - Responding to public enquiries professionally and courteously
<\/li> - Reporting abandoned vehicles and equipment issues
<\/li> - Supporting enforcement colleagues when required
<\/li> - Strong communication and customer service skills
<\/li> - Self -motivated and able to work independently
<\/li> - Comfortable working outdoors
<\/li> - Ability to work shifts and handle challenging situations calmly
<\/li><\/ul>
