Smart Works North East is seeking an Outreach Lead to drive referrals by developing strong partnerships with over 150 referral partners. The role involves presenting to partners, attending job fairs and events, and implementing the outreach strategy across the North East from our Newcastle centre.
You will work closely with the wider team to ensure the volunteer-powered service is delivered to a high standard and travel across the region to support partners and events.
