Smart Works is seeking a Head of Data & Impact to ensure the charity remains data-driven, guiding how impact is measured and reported. The role leads data literacy, evaluation projects, and data practices that support inclusion and transparency across our centres nationwide. The post also acts as Data Protection Lead and oversees the central client/volunteer/referrer database with external contractors as needed.
