Smart Working is on a mission to bring the world’s best teams together through AI‑fluent tech talent. We are looking for an Account Executive to drive new business, own deals end‑to‑end, and convert high‑quality opportunities into long‑term customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from qualified opportunity through to close
  • Mentor and assist in making the team excellent
  • Run structured discovery: understand client hiring challenges, team gaps, and business goals
  • Manage complex deals: navigate multiple stakeholders and build strong business cases
  • Drive pipeline progression: maintain momentum across all stages and remove blockers
  • Apply MEDDPICC principles: qualify deals properly and increase win rates
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven closer: experience in B2B sales, ideally in tech or hiring stakeholders
  • Strong deal management across multiple opportunities
  • Commercial mindset
  • Structured operator using frameworks like MEDDPICC
  • Resilient volume caller, driven with strong follow‑through
  • Clear communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Accountability for results

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, or talent solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
