We are a Chartered Building Surveying company working in partnership with major Housing Associations to deliver Whole Home Assessments across South Wales. We are seeking motivated and reliable Surveyors to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Whole Home Assessments on residential properties, Stock Condition Surveys, HHSRS and WHQS 2023 Assessments.
- Engage professionally with residents and housing staff during property visits.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in producing reports.
