This role is hybrid, with regional travel across the South Coast for onsite learner observations essential.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of online and work-based learning Apprenticeship programmes, in line with the learner and employers training and business needs and expectations, to ensure learners achieve their desired outcomes in line with the standards expected by Smart Training and Recruitment, Ofsted, the DfE and external Awarding/End Point Assessment Organisations.

Requirements:
- Experience in a range of Hospitality settings, including hotel and restaurant, up to Management level - you do not need to be a qualified tutor as we will provide you with the opportunities and training you need. A solid background in the field will enable you to evaluate performance and assess by observation accurately.
- OR experience in Health & Social care, with a solid background in the field to enable you to evaluate and assess observations accurately. You need to be delivering Adult Health & Social Care from levels 2 to 5 Apprenticeship standard.
- Confident with using Teams, Office 365 and other technologies.
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel within your regional area.
