Your Role
You will work alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop both academically and socially. The role may include supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as delivering small-group interventions, adapting learning activities, and promoting independence throughout the school day. Every day is different, making this a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and celebrating children's progress.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND is essential
- Experience working within a UK primary school is highly desirable
