Position: Trainee Cover Supervisor

Location: Redbridge

Daily Rate: £95 - £120 per day

Start date: As soon as possible

As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Supporting students with their learning and maintaining a positive environment
  • Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this role ideal for those with limited classroom experience.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Trainee Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
