Smart Teachers is looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Barking and Dagenham, East London. This role involves providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils, especially those facing learning barriers due to autism and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to promote inclusion and ensure every child feels safe and valued in their learning environment.

The job offers competitive pay of £475 - £525 per week alongside ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
