Smart Teachers are currently recruiting for all Secondary based ECTs across West London. We work with a number of schools who are looking to interview ECTs for September 25 starts.

About the role

You will be expected to partner with our Secondary schools based in West London either on a long term supply basis or on a permanent basis. We will support you in prepping you for interviews with our schools and securing the best support and roles for you.

About the school

The schools we work with range from busy mainstream schools to smaller independent schools. The schools have the best interests of the ECTs at heart and have excellent potential programmes to support your early learning in schools. If you prefer a more relaxed option, we can place you long term on a flexible basis to enable you to experience different schools within the school year or try a school for a full academic year before committing to a permanent role.

Salary will depend on the London pay scale and part of West London.
