Smart Teachers in Romford is seeking an experienced SENDCo to join its leadership team at a primary school from September 2026. You will lead the strategic development of SEND across the school, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive high-quality provision that enables them to thrive academically and personally.
Working with the Headteacher, teaching staff, parents, and external professionals, you will coordinate effective interventions, oversee EHCP provision, monitor pupil progress.
