Smart Teachers is recruiting for a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant in North Finchley, London.

Salary Β£19,000–£20,000 per year, start September 2026.

Hours 09:00–15:00, Monday to Friday.

You will join an SEMH provision working with KS3/4 pupils with complex needs, with training provided and ongoing consultant support.

The role focuses on behaviour management and supporting pupils across the school, with paid placement after a training programme and safeguarding checks.
