As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Supporting students with their learning and maintaining a positive environment
- Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
