About the role

  • IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist – Full-Time, Long-Term
  • Location: Kensington & Chelsea
  • Hours: School Hours | Term Time Only

This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who is confident with both technical infrastructure and day-to-day user support. You will be responsible for maintaining the school’s IT systems, including server management and network infrastructure, while also providing responsive support to staff and pupils. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of IT across a small, close-knit school community of approximately 185 pupils.

The school is looking for someone who is equally comfortable handling technical “heavy lifting” as they are providing friendly, approachable support to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
  • Providing first-line and ongoing IT support to staff and pupils
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently
  • Supporting classroom technology and digital learning tools
  • Ensuring systems are secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters
