SMART Teachers is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming primary schools across Hounslow from September 2026. You'll support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping them progress academically and socially, alongside experienced teachers.

Through the National Teaching Assistant Programme (NTAP) you will receive online training, safeguarding, behaviour management, and ongoing guidance from education consultants, opening pathways into teacher training and long-term school.
