One of our partner primary schools in Hackney are looking for a behavioural support teaching assistant to work on a 1-2-1 basis with a pupil with challenging behaviour in Year 2. As a behavioural support TA, you will provide support, advice and help the pupil with their learning in the classroom. About the role This is a full time role working Monday-Friday from September 2025. This role will be working with a pupil with challenging behaviour in KS1 and therefore you should hold experience working on a 1-2-1 basis with pupils in a classroom. To be successful in this role you will be patient, be able to work on your own initiative, and can control and de-escalate situations if this was to arise.
