We are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism and associated needs across a specialist secondary setting. You will help deliver tailored learning, support behaviour and emotional regulation, and contribute to pupil progress.

About the role

You will support learning 1:1, in groups, and across the classroom, working closely with teachers to deliver adapted activities. The role includes supporting EHCP targets, promoting positive behaviour, and helping pupils engage in a structured and supportive learning environment.
