We are a rapidly growing, successful scale-up, and are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals who are ready to help take us to the next level.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive platform team lead with a strong background in DevOps, AWS and security. This role will guide our DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for scalable, secure, and efficient software delivery and monitoring. This role will be responsible for improving our current standards (SOC 2 and ISO27001) to maintain a secure environment to protect customer data as well as maintaining best practices for the cloud.
We are looking for someone who can lead and mentor the platform team as well as having solid technical skills:
- Lead and mentor the platform engineering team, fostering growth, collaboration, and best practices
- Extend our automation solutions for infrastructure and application deployment and monitoring
- Improve and develop monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, and in-house applications (C# / .NET)
- Collaborate with QA for automated testing tasks
- Develop solutions to enhance the developer experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS
- Strong understanding of Continuous Delivery, Site Reliability, and Developer Experience practices
- 2+ years of C# experience
- Experience in mentoring, technical leadership, or leading small teams
- DBA skills, especially with SQL Server
