Reporting to the Technical Operations Director, you’ll step into a role at the heart of this global SaaS technology business’ AI evolution. This is a position for someone who thrives in shaping systems, orchestrating change, and bringing clarity to complex, multi-team delivery. You’ll work across global engineering, business, and project teams to deliver platform changes, migrations, and integration projects that bring the business together and elevate operational efficiency. You’ll own a small but impactful portfolio of digital engineering, AI and CRM projects within a wider transformation programme, ensuring every initiative lands cleanly, confidently, and with measurable business value.
Required skills:
- 3–5 years’ experience in Technical Project Management or Product Management
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Experience delivering system integration and migration projects, ideally in SaaS environments
- Excellent communication skills; able to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and execute technical projects end-to-end, managing timelines, scope, and delivery outcomes
- Partner with Business Analysts to define use cases, acceptance criteria, and clear, testable requirements
- Facilitate agile planning sessions with technical teams, ensuring priorities are aligned, dependencies are understood, and deliverables are locked in
- Ensure new systems and enhancements are delivered with the right documentation, governance, and change management practices
- Manage delivery within agreed time, scope, and cost parameters, keeping stakeholders informed and confident throughout
- Analyse business processes, map workflows, and translate operational needs into actionable technical requirements
- Manage stakeholder expectations across technical and non-technical groups, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage
- Lead change and transformation initiatives across SaaS sales environments, owning project scope, resources, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct detailed as-is and to-be analysis, producing clear documentation that supports decision-making and future-state design
- Work closely with sales leadership, product teams, IT, and customer success to align objectives, roles, and responsibilities
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure smooth delivery and adoption
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using modern project management tools
- Analyse change impacts on sales processes, workflows, and team dynamics, recommending strategies to minimise disruption
- Create communication and training plans to support adoption of new tools and processes
- Identify risks early, build mitigation plans, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and roadblocks
