Marketing Manager – Tech (SaaS), B2B, Events, Digital, Print – Scale Up

Outstanding opportunity to join this fast-paced, global and market-leading Tech / SaaS business in scale-up phase. We’re looking for a ‘hands-on’ Marketing Manager either from a scaling up Tech / SaaS background or Tech / SaaS start-up with extensive experience of B2B marketing (full stack) and with a particular specialism in events marketing.

You need experience putting together event marketing strategies twined with project & budget management skills in planning & delivering events to generate leads, in addition to digital and print experience. Prior experience managing small teams (Marketing & Events Coordinators) as well as working closely with SaaS Sales teams is also required.

You’ll need the following skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing in a SaaS or Tech environment
  • A marketing degree or a business degree with a marketing component
  • ‘Hands-on’ experience as a ‘full stack’ marketeer with a proven track record in B2B demand generation
  • Experience developing Marketing Strategy with a primary focus on events
  • Highly autonomous, self-starting and as comfortable building strategy as well as being ‘hands-on’ with delivery & execution
  • Extensive experience working closely with SaaS Sales teams, comfortable presenting to Sales and working collaboratively to nurture leads
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with immature processes
  • Extensive experience with Hubspot (ideally) or SalesForce CRM
  • Experience managing small teams of marketeers (2-5)
  • Experience owning and managing marketing budgets of £100k-£200k
  • Strong planning, project management and analytical skills
  • An outstanding communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to work in Central London 3 days per week

£75k + bonus + benefits. London & remote
