We are looking for a strategic and visionary Platform Architecture Lead / Programme Architect to drive the direction, governance, and stakeholder alignment for their FH&B transformation programme.
What You’ll Do:
- Set the vision for FH&B platform architecture and ensure alignment across teams.
- Define and uphold tech outcomes and guardrails to guide governance and delivery.
- Champion standardisation and clean core principles — no unnecessary customisation.
- Own programme architecture governance, ensuring E2E integrity and strategic alignment.
- Minimise regret work when integrating new platforms with legacy systems like ECC.
- Review and approve architecture deliverables, KDDs, and documentation.
- Engage stakeholders across Programme, Product, and Architecture communities.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in enterprise & business architecture leadership within large-scale retail transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of platform strategy, governance frameworks, and clean core principles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP ECC and legacy system integration.
£850-£1000 per day (Inside). 3 months rolling. London & remote.
