This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats; Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager & Business Analyst and wants to broaden their consulting exposure while remaining hands-on with product delivery.

Required experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience across Delivery Management, Product Ownership, Product Management & Business Analysis (any combination of)
  • Strong grounding in Agile with relevant certifications
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and feature definitions
  • Confidence managing backlogs, priorities, and cross-functional teams
  • A passion for Product as a discipline and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Strong coaching skills and the ability to bring others on the journey
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Calmness under pressure and the ability to lead with confidence
  • A relevant degree (2:1 or above in Computer Science or similar)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading product delivery across enterprise-scale retail and eCommerce programmes
  • Defining high-level product requirements, shaping features, and managing priorities
  • Owning and refining the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Running Agile ceremonies and maintaining a healthy delivery rhythm
  • Coaching teams and clients on Product thinking, Agile practices, and modern delivery models
  • Helping shape and test new internal methodologies before taking them to clients
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to build trust, influence decisions, and drive outcomes
  • Supporting organisations transitioning into Agile ways of working
  • Working on-site with clients when needed (typically 1–2 days per week)
